The Challenge
Children of the Valley is a non-profit organization serving under-resourced youth and their families in Skagit Valley. Fifteen years after its inception, the program struggled with limited brand awareness resulting in insufficient funding to reach its student capacity goals.
The Solution
To address these issues, the Baylii team developed a fresh and distinctive brand identity, refined their brand messaging to encapsulate the program’s impact, then developed and implemented comprehensive communications strategies. As a result of these initiatives, Children of the Valley has successfully cultivated new community partnerships, significantly elevated brand awareness throughout Skagit County, secured increased funding, and quadrupled its program capacity.
